When you contact us through the form on this site we collect: your business name, email address, and business type (restaurant, bar, food truck, other), plus the date of the request. We don't collect any other personal data through this site.
Purpose of processing
We use this data solely to manage your contact request and to respond to you.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, given by submitting the contact form.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to respond to your request, and in any case no longer than 24 months after your last contact. You can request deletion at any time by writing to hello@blyp.app.
Cookies and local storage
This site uses a single technical cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember your chosen language, and saves your light/dark theme preference locally in your browser. We don't use profiling, advertising, or analytics cookies, so no consent banner is required for these two technical items.
Data recipients
The data we collect stays on a Blyp server and is never shared with third parties or used for marketing or advertising purposes. We don't use external analytics, tracking, or automated email services.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, request its deletion, object to its processing, and file a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, write to hello@blyp.app.
